I love the story contrasts in this image. It was early spring when I took this one. So, there are the first plants growing out of the mossy boulders, but there are still the last dryed up leafs of the Red Beeche lying around, which fell down during winter. But there is also this nice contrast between mossy boulders in the foreground and naked rocks in the distance.
