Landscape Photographer & Cityscape Photographer
Generations after Gustav Klimt

My great-great granduncle Gustav Klimt (6th degree) started his representable landscape painting just a few hundret meters away from my house at his summer residence in St. Agatha in 1898. It is really amazing, that his painting style for landscapes back then, had already a photographic character. Gustav Klimt was known as mood impressionist through his paintings, where I see an additional connection to my far relative. Because this is exactly what I love so much at photographing.
"For me photography is a modern way of art, to interpret the environment, but especially to convey emotions."
