It was an ice cold morning and I hoped for fog up on a hill. There came some, but not at the spot I wanted. So I followed the fog and got suddenly attracted by a ghost. I love this connection between the hoarfrost on the grasses in the foreground and the branches of the tree itself, which emphasizes the frosty coldness in the scene. I used the background trees at the right to bring the image a tiny bit out of balance, on purpose - I mean, it's a ghost tree ;)
