This photograph is very interesting to me, as it is far away from my typical landscape photography style. Usually, I prefer to use a more seamless compositional architecture for vista photographs and a more emphasized figure-ground architecture for woodland photographs. Here I combined vista with woodland, which might appear unusual, but it reflects the soul of that place quite well.
