It is absolutely amazing which stories a wild river has to tell, especially after a storm. I found this dead wood, caught in the floods. I love the rocks, as they frame the scene and hold the viewer's eyes inside the image. I intentionally decided to place the subject, the dead wood, at the bottom left, close to the corner, to convey a tiny bit of uncomfortableness - evoking the hope, that it will not be washed away, out of the frame - but I got it gently isolated with the blurry, swashing water. Important Notice: This image doesn't use a standardized aspect ratio, so the white border is bigger as defined below!
