I can't contain my excitement for the Dolomites. The mesmerizing shapes of the mountains create an otherworldly landscape that's beyond breathtaking.

Already the year before I got attracted by some ponds at that place, but they were almost dried out due to a dry period. This time, I returned straight after a rain period, which led to rich water levels. After I studied different options to take this photograph and considering the weather, I decided on this execution.
