I love this mountain. It was often painted by my grandfather from different perspectives, as well. This is a closeup composition at 600mm, which is an untypical long focal length for landscape photography though, but it allowed me to get even more intimate with the mountain itself and to show an unusual perspective. This is the April snow up there, shortly before it melted.
